All Credit/ debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Additional validation and fraud checks are carried out internally.
Returns,Refunds or Exchanges
We accept returns in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a refund if an item is faulty. If you do have a faulty item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and they will be able to advise on the best resolution. Please don't send anything back until you have spoken to our support team.
We will process your return/ exchange as quickly as possible, however the process may take up to 3 working days.
* Important notice*
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we advise that you send the parcel tracked and signed,using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
Returning your item
If in the unlikely circumstance you need to return an item to us, please email us on email@example.com quoting your order number and reason for return.
If you decide you want to exchange your item, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and which item you would like to exchange.
Cancel your order:
Under the United Kingdoms Distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Treasury Jewellers, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing within 7 working days of your goods being delivered and you must include your order number.

If your parcel is returned back to us as undelivered, your items will be automatically refunded an email will be sent advising and you will have to place the order again. Your parcel will be held at the post office for 18 days and this is your responsibility to arrange for a re- delivery, please check your tracking at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact our support hub quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the item that you have received. Please don't send anything back to us until you have spoken to our support team.
